What you will do

• Study, analyze, and evaluate business processes.
• Implement policies and procedures to improve day-to-day operations.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget, meeting client expectations and stakeholder alignment.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement processes to enhance team productivity and the quality of delivered products or services.
• Manage risks and issues within projects, ensuring timely and high-quality task completion.

Requirements

• Experience in the IT industry for at least 7 years.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Planning skills and the ability to quickly switch between projects without losing focus.
• Experience preparing proposals and translating functional requirements into scope of work.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• English proficiency – at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
