Engagement Manager

TL;DR

Engagement Manager (Fintech): Serving as the main contact for assigned customers, building relationships, and identifying their needs and goals with an accent on customer engagement, ideation, and delivery support. Focus on exploring customer-driven ideas, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, and contributing to strategic account development.

Location: Remote from anywhere in Austria or in our Vienna office.

What you will do

• Serve as the main contact for assigned customers, building long-term relationships.
• Identify customer needs and translate them into actionable insights.
• Explore and support customer-driven ideas, shaping them into feasible solutions.
• Act as a liaison between customer stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
• Work closely with project and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and extending service scope.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in customer engagement, account, or project management in complex environments.
• Proven experience working with large offshore and distributed delivery teams.
• Strong English language skills are required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Fluent German.
