What you will do

• Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with key clients.
• Monitoring fixed project scope and ensuring effective client communication.
• Managing monthly settlements with clients and team members.
• Team management – driving professional development, performance reviews, and salary management.
• Creating and maintaining a healthy team culture through coaching, facilitating, and protecting the team from distractions.
• Overseeing project resource allocation and leading recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

Requirements

• More than 4 years of experience in a similar managerial position.
• Experience in leading agile teams delivering cloud focused fixed price projects while ensuring quality and addressing issues.
• Commercial experience in managing, influencing, and measuring team performance in a global multinational environment.
• Experience in managing career paths of project team members from both financial and technological perspectives.
• Experience in monitoring and ensuring the margin and profitability of projects.
• Fluent English and Polish both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Understanding of cloud computing platforms.
• Knowledge of AI/ML implementation processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with certification processes for cloud platforms.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Experience in leading cloud managed services projects.
