What you will do

• Drive standardized delivery frameworks for global consistency and scalability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in professional services roles within software companies, particularly SaaS, with 3+ years in a leadership position.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software architectures, including cloud technologies and modern application development.
• Proven ability to lead and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-oriented environment, managing revenue targets.
• Strong leadership skills with a history of developing and guiding high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage customer relationships and expectations effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel as required (at least 40% for customer engagements and business needs).
