What you will do
- Be the first point of contact for users, handling customer queries via CRM and phone.
- Ensure user satisfaction by tailoring solutions and suggesting best practices.
- Monitor and address community questions and requests on an ongoing basis.
- Provide feedback to product, marketing, and sales teams based on customer interactions.
- Provide online training and demos to users.
Requirements
- Proficiency in both English and German languages (written and verbal).
- Initial work experience, ideally in customer support, sales, or finance at a tech company.
- Completed Bachelor’s degree and tech-savvy.
- Care about providing good service to clients and users.

- Proficiency in French or Spanish.
