What you will do
- Develop and implement Customer Success systems.
- Lead the team of support & community managers.
- Ensure relationship-focused client management for robo-advising and analytical products.
- Manage general account aspects including agreements, payments, documentation, and reclamations.
- Oversee new client onboarding across all communication channels.
- Provide client support, including first-line technical support via chat, e-mail, and online conferences.
Requirements
- Proven record of managing a fully remote Customer Success team.
- Hands-on experience in customer support.
- Experience and strong interest in the crypto market and new economy.
- Fluent English.
- Data-driven decision making.
- Professional understanding of customer management systems.
- Good experience with CRM.
