What you will do
- Help and inform B2B customers to make the right decisions regarding their shipments.
- Answer questions about hirify.global's software, shipments, and other customer issues.
- Handle webcare, inbound calls, chats, and tickets using the Zendesk system.
- Provide supporting and consulting services to B2B customers.
- Come up with solutions to make improvements to customer support processes.
Requirements
- Strong customer support and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and a second language such as Dutch, Spanish, French, Italian, or German.
- Ability to multitask with a proactive and commercial mindset.
- Available full-time (40 hours/week) to work an evening shift (14:30 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday - Friday).
- Must be based in Zagreb, Croatia.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in customer support.
- Knowledge of online products, e-commerce, and/or SaaS (Software as a Service).
