Location: Must be based in the Netherlands. This is an evening shift role with working hours between 14:30 PM - 23:30 PM (Monday - Friday). A hybrid work option is available.

What you will do

• Transform customers by providing knowledge and enabling them to make informed decisions.
• Assist customers with questions about shipments and the shipping tool.
• Provide all-round support and consulting to B2B customers.
• Handle webcare, inbound calls, chats, and tickets via Zendesk.
• Answer questions regarding software, shipments, and other customer issues.
• Propose solutions to make improvements in the support process.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Netherlands.
• Fluent in English (C1 level).
• Proficiency in a second language such as Dutch, Spanish, French, Italian, or German.
• Strong customer support skills, including active listening, advising, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask with a proactive and commercial mindset.
• Available full-time (40 hours/week) with working hours from 14:30 PM to 23:30 PM (Monday-Friday).

Nice to have

• Previous experience in customer support.
• Knowledge of online products, e-commerce, and/or SaaS.
