What you will do

• Lead the implementation of the Operational Risk Management framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Supervise a team of operational risk associates, providing training and support.
• Provide guidance to business units in the development and implementation of risk management programs.
• Monitor risk management tools and address operational risk issues.
• Implement the Outsourcing Risk Management framework, performing risk assessments for third-party onboarding.
• Assist in promoting a risk awareness culture within the bank.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in a bank, consumer finance, or microfinance institution in the Philippines, with 3-4 years in an Operational Risk Management role.
• Knowledge of financial services regulations and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Advanced Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint).
• Responsible, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

• Experience working in a start-up environment / FinTech.
