Head Of Product (Fintech): Leading the strategic vision, development, and scaling of the global trading product ecosystem with an accent on multi-asset expansion (FX, Stocks, ETFs, Crypto). Focus on user-centric innovation, data-driven decision making, and stakeholder management across Technology, Dealing, Strategy, Compliance, Marketing, Business Development, and Operations departments.

Location: Larnaca, Cyprus. Hybrid work model (up to 2 days working from home).

What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for the trading platforms, focusing on multi-asset expansion.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers, Business Analysts and Product Operations Specialists.
• Oversee the development and enhancement of platforms, products and features working backwards from the client needs.
• Collaborate closely with Compliance, Dealing, Business Development, PMO and Technology teams on development and timely delivery of products.
• Use data, client feedback, and market insights to improve product performance and monitor KPIs.
• Own the lifecycle of all trading products, platforms, and related features; from ideation to development, launch, performance monitoring, growth, maturity and retirement.

Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years in Product Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Fintech or Online Brokerage (FX/CFDs) industry.
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of trading products, platforms and tools along with the competitive landscape of retail trading.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with the MetaTrader ecosystem (MT4/MT5) and developing proprietary mobile trading applications.
• Regulatory Expertise: Knowledge of global regulations related to CFD trading.
• Data-centric approach: Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
