Product Marketing Manager (Telecom): Shaping how Massiva is positioned, launched, and scaled in the enterprise messaging space with an accent on translating market insights into clear positioning, differentiated messaging, and high-impact go-to-market execution. Focus on owning Massiva’s value proposition across segments, leading launches of new channels and routing capabilities, and improving funnel performance from acquisition to expansion.

Location: Office, Limassol, Cyprus. Official employment and support for a work visa is provided.

What you will do

  • Run continuous market and customer research to understand enterprise communication needs and telecom trends.
  • Define and refine Massiva’s value proposition, positioning, and messaging across segments and use cases.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies and execute launches for new channels and features.
  • Improve funnel performance (acquisition, activation, retention, expansion) through experiments and data analysis.
  • Plan and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Create and optimize marketing assets, including landing pages, onboarding materials, and sales enablement content.
  • Align Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent messaging and smooth execution.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing or marketing within CPaaS, telecom, or messaging industries.
  • Demonstrated hands-on execution skills, comfortable with end-to-end ownership from research to asset creation.
  • Proven experience partnering closely with Product Managers on insights, priorities, and go-to-market.
  • Experience defining and launching products/features, including positioning, messaging, and pricing input.
  • Solid experience in market research, segmentation, and translating insights into actionable decisions.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to guide decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Advanced written and spoken English.
  • Comfortable working independently and thriving in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

  • Deep familiarity with A2P SMS and multi-channel messaging (WhatsApp, Telegram, voice, flash calls).
  • Knowledge of deliverability and compliance topics (sender types, opt-in/opt-out, anti-fraud, routing quality).
  • Experience marketing API products to engineers and business buyers.
