What you will do
- Process orders, contact resellers for verification, and prepare accurate customer quotations.
- Validate quote data for correctness and follow up to drive conversion into sales.
- Verify product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide administrative support to inside sales representatives and coordinate order changes/escalations.
- Track overall account activity, generate reports, and communicate order status to stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams like credit, logistics, and supply chain.
Requirements
- College graduate, or High School Diploma with at least 3 years functional experience.
- At least 2 years of BPO experience, preferably with quotation and order management.
- Good English communication skills (B2 English required).
- Knowledgeable with MS Excel functions (vlookup, pivot, etc).
- Must be willing to work on day shift (AU, NZ, or SG time zone) and 10 days Return-to-Office monthly.
Nice to have
- Background in supply chain or IT distribution is a huge advantage.
