What you will do

• Prepare accurate proactive and reactive customer quotations.
• Validate all quote data to ensure correctness before submission and follow up with customers to drive quote conversion into sales.
• Provide administrative support to inside sales representatives and coordinate with sales management and customer service to handle order changes and escalations.
• Track overall account activity for assigned customer groups and generate reports on market conditions and sales performance.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and communicate order status and updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• College graduate or High School Diploma with at least 3 years functional experience.
• At least 2 years BPO experience, preferably with quotation, order management experience.
• Background in supply chain or IT distribution is a huge advantage.
• Good English communication skills and knowledgeable with MS Excel functions.
