What you will do

• Lead development of Agent Memory – the system that enables AI agents to remember and personalize interactions across conversations.
• Balance competing stakeholder needs, including end users, operations teams, and developers.
• Define how AI agents should remember, tackling novel problems including intelligent consolidation, context retrieval, and privacy-preserving personalization.
• Partner with engineering, ML teams, and infrastructure teams on scalable storage solutions.
• Advise customers in partnership with sales and go-to-market teams.
• Lead the product through all stages from concept to excellent execution, in close collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in product, engineering, or a related field, with experience leading products from ideation to launch.
• Passion for deeply understanding user needs.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong values alignment.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for AI-driven products or conversational interfaces.
• Experience working on databases, retrieval systems, or personalization engines.
• Experience with Typescript, React, and other programming languages.
