What you will do
- Provide thought leadership in identifying opportunities to drive operational excellence.
- Analyze company-level performance and operational data to provide insights and actionable recommendations.
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to jointly problem solve and develop solutions to complex business problems.
- Lead strategic initiatives or projects end-to-end from initial hypotheses to recommendation to operationalization.
- Design and implement frameworks and operating models that accelerate operational excellence, decision-making, and best practices.
Requirements
- 6 years of relevant experience in delivering significant strategic and operational impact across a technology company or large organization, SaaS or fintech preferred.
- Strategy and operations experience at a high-growth startup, management consulting experience, or strategic/analytical roles at large companies.
- Proven track record in leveraging data, developing insight-backed hypotheses and driving learning plans to build compelling business cases.
- Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, and a keen business sense with the ability to generate innovative insights, ideas, and opportunities that drive tangible business outcomes.
- Ownership mindset with an ability to convert strategic plans into actions, drive projects to completion, and sweat the details to deliver the outcome.
- Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills and compelling storytelling abilities.
