What you will do

• Investigate complex fraud scenarios through proactive and reactive fraud audits, identifying trends and vulnerabilities.
• Synthesize findings into clear reports and present actionable recommendations to customer leadership.
• Review customers’ templates, workflows, and decision-making processes to assess vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
• Partner with the Product team to inform the Product roadmap, ensuring tools evolve to address emerging fraud trends.
• Join customer calls to shape recommendations and educate new stakeholders on hirify.global’s fraud approach and tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience using data to empower business decisions and customer-facing experience.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Expertise in data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proactive mindset, eager to tackle challenges through creative problem-solving.
• Resourceful and determined in finding new ways to outsmart fraudsters.
• Excellent communication skills, tailoring messages for different audiences.
