VP, Senior Business Analyst (Salesforce nCino): Liaising between business users and technology developers to capture and deliver critical insights and support requirements and documentation needs for the nCino Salesforce platform. Salary: $105,000.00–$140,000.00

What you will do

• Partner with business areas to understand processes and technology utilization.
• Produce Feasibility Studies and Business Cases for life cycle management and prioritization.
• Evaluate and analyze business requirements, identifying needs and proposing solutions.
• Create and manage Solution Requirements Packages including workflow storyboards, use cases, functional/non-functional requirements, interface mock-ups, and process models.
• Manage requirements and documentation throughout project lifecycles.
• Assist in the preparation of testing strategy and test plans, driving SIT and UAT.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 7+ years of experience with Salesforce as a CRM tool (implementation, development, and relationship management).
• Experience with nCino administration and/or implementation.
• Excellent communicator (oral and written) with technical understanding.
• Ability to read and understand technical requirements and design documentation.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice to have

• Competence in Angular 8 or higher.
• Understanding of software design methodologies and object-oriented environments.
• Experience with software design patterns (e.g., Dependency Injection, Strategy Pattern).
• Competence in .NET development 4.6 or greater (Entity Framework, backend and API, SOAP and REST web services).
• Competence in .NET Core 3 or greater (experience in .NET Core 6 or 8 preferred).
• Good understanding of MS-SQL/T-SQL for existing stored procedures and new database development.
• Expert level knowledge and experience in Web development.
• Experience with Agile practices and methodology.
• Ability to travel regionally, up to 15%.
