TL;DR

Senior Account Manager (Programmatic/AdTech): Managing client relationships for programmatic healthcare advertising campaigns with an accent on post-sales operations, performance analysis, and client retention. Location: Remote (United States - East Coast hours preferred)

Salary: $92,000–$93,000 base + target annual bonus of $12,000 and up to $30,000/year quarterly incentive plan.

What you will do

  • Develop, grow, and maintain client relationships for programmatic campaigns.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for post-sale client requests, including kick-off calls, asset gathering, and KPI discussions.
  • Partner with internal teams to provide actionable insights, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities to clients.
  • Lead client calls and business reviews covering campaign performance and recommendations.
  • Coordinate extensive monthly billing with clients and internal teams.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of products to upsell and cross-sell to clients.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Account Management with post-sales programmatic expertise.
  • Strong client-facing background and prior digital account/campaign management experience.
  • Experience working across teams to troubleshoot issues, including direct exposure to ad operations.
  • Ability to manage projects, ensuring clear communication and follow-through.
  • Experience with reporting tools like Tableau or Looker.
  • Must have recent hands-on execution experience rather than a purely supervisory role.

Nice to have

  • Pharma experience.
  • DSP platform experience (e.g., TTD, DCM).
  • Insertion order management, reporting analysis, Salesforce.
