Sr. AI Deployment Manager (AI): Leads the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of autonomous AI systems for enterprise customers with an accent on managing non-deterministic logic, complex multi-step reasoning, and cross-functional teams. Focus on scoping business processes into agentic skills, defining UAT for AI performance, and ensuring agent security and data privacy.

What you will do
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams (FDEs, Architects, and Data Scientists) to deliver complex multi-agent systems.
- Map customer's manual business processes into structured agentic "Skills" and "Tasks."
- Lead "Safety Reviews" for deployments, ensuring agents have clear limits on their authority.
- Define the "Gold Dataset" for User Acceptance Testing and manage AI performance grading.
- Oversee the integration of agent tool-calling with connectors (CRM, ERP, Billing systems), ensuring security and data privacy.
- Partner with customer business leads for change management and value showcasing to increase adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Technical Project Management, preferably in SaaS, CCaaS, or Enterprise AI.
- Strong AI Literacy, understanding concepts like "Context Windows," "Hallucination Rates," and "Inference Costs."
- Experience running sprints in environments where AI logic can be unpredictable.
- Ability to explain AI "mistakes" to non-technical customers and implement controls.
- Scrappy approach, taking full ownership and delivering measurable results under tight timelines.

- Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP).
- Telephony stack knowledge (WebRTC, SIP, SBCs).
