Location: Cannot employ candidates residing in Alberta, Manitoba, Newfoundland, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, PEI, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Yukon. Candidates must reside in an eligible location.

Salary: 83,000 - 125,000 CAD

• Lead product development and program planning, defining milestones and success criteria, resource allocation, and estimation for predictable delivery.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and relationships, driving practical solutions.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and make tradeoffs.
• Identify unstructured problems and drive technical and operational improvements across teams.
• Communicate program health, priorities, and issues to all levels.
• Manage program financials and create impactful automated reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program management experience in software development organizations.
• Jira power user.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Deep understanding of agile principles.
• Experience with software development methodologies and standards.

Nice to have

• Work experience in a fast-growth startup environment.
• Ability to provide technical recommendations for software engineering challenges.
• Experience in DevOps and digital/cloud operations.
