What you will do

• Translate vision and business priorities into clear, measurable transformation plans (roadmap, tactical plan, strategic plan, etc.).
• Establish governance to ensure the execution, monitoring, and communication of key initiatives, tracking strategic performance indicators.
• Lead organizational design to align business needs with operating models and support leaders in change management and leadership development.
• Coordinate initiatives related to simplification, efficiency, and process transformation, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support stakeholders in prioritizing and synchronizing strategic projects, ensuring coherence between initiatives and strategic objectives.
• Build and lead communication rituals (tactical plan, strategic reviews, meetings, workshops, and transformation committee) to ensure transparency and engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in transformation, change management, or program leadership in an agile environment.
• Strong ability to structure, influence, and align multiple stakeholders across an organization.
• Solid skills in organizational design, data analysis, and synthesis for effective decision-making.
• Ability to communicate clearly, inspiringly, and convincingly at executive levels.
• Demonstrated collaborative leadership, with the ability to inspire and unite teams around a common vision.
• Must work onsite in Montreal, Canada.
