Program Manager (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Define and maintain a clear vision of strategic objectives for projects/programs, aligned with organizational priorities.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the entire project/program life cycle with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify resource requirements, develop timelines, and estimate costs for project and program activities.
• Ensure effective program governance by representing issues and progress to management and facilitating strategic decision-making.
• Analyze client needs and lead the design of coordinated solutions in collaboration with functional teams.
• Monitor and evaluate overall program performance using key performance indicators and recommend optimization actions.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in project and program management, including a minimum of 3 years in managing complex technology projects.
• University degree (any relevant experience may be considered).
• Knowledge of key project management tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com an asset) and budgeting/scheduling techniques.
• Proven experience in coordinating multiple teams and interdependent projects.
• Strong strategic and decision-making skills, with accountability for overall program results.
• Mandatory proficiency in both English and French (spoken, written, and read).

Nice to have

• Relevant experience in the medical or hospital environment (major asset).
• PMP certification or a master's degree in project management (asset).
