What you will do

• Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, verifying product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Provide administrative support to inside sales representatives, coordinating with sales management and customer service.
• Prepare product and license quotes for pre-sales customers.
• Track overall account activity for assigned customer groups and generate reports on market conditions and sales performance.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., credit, logistics, supply chain).
• Communicate order status and updates to stakeholders, handling routine issues and escalating complex ones when needed.

Requirements

• College graduate; if High School Diploma, must have at least 3 years functional experience.
• At least 2 years BPO experience required.
• Good English communication skills required.
• Knowledgeable with MS Excel functions (vlookup, pivot, etc).
• Willing to work on day shift (AU time zone) and 10 days RTO/monthly in Taguig City, Philippines.
