What you will do

• Run special projects to clarify and drive high-level commercial themes such as upmarket movement and international pipeline scaling
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, RevOps, Product, Operations, and Finance
• Support discovery of new business opportunities and establish business cases with product, risk, and compliance teams
• Lead quarterly planning processes with Global GTM leadership
• Launch and scale new products and features
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across key GTM areas

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work model with office presence in London, UK
• English: Job posting in English, B2 level assumed
• 3-5 years experience in strategic consulting or commercial strategy/business operations in fintech or B2B SaaS scale-up
• Proven ownership from problem framing to execution and measurement
• Strong numerical and communication skills with ability to craft executive narratives
• Experience with planning cadences such as quarterly planning, OKRs, and GTM reviews
