What you will do

• Review and evaluate current processes, identifying areas for automation.
• Interpret complex datasets to drive operational improvements and customer satisfaction.
• Own end-to-end delivery of key strategic and operational initiatives.
• Monitor and assess success of implemented strategies.
• Effectively manage a team within the Quality Assurance (QA) function.

Requirements

• Proven-track record of owning and leading complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong hands-on analytics ability and SQL required.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in people management and leading a team through change.
• Deep passion for AI and technology.

Hiring process

• Remote call with hiring team + 15 min cognitive assessment.
• Remote call with Director of Operational Oversight.
• 90 min onsite interview and 45 min cultural interview.
• 30 min remote sessions with Head of Compliance, Chief Risk Officer, Chief Operating Office, and UK Product Managing Directors.
