TL;DR

Director, Consult Partner (Data & AI): Leads multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements and creates strategic change agendas for hirify.global's largest accounts in the FSS industry. Focus on driving profitable growth, building CXO-level client relationships, and leveraging deep industry and technology expertise in Data & AI for strategic transformations.

Location: Fully Remote, but must be based in the USA (with specific compensation ranges for California, Colorado, New York City, Washington, and Washington D.C.)

Salary: $181,800–$327,240 (New York City), with other ranges for California, Colorado, Washington, and Washington D.C.

What you will do

  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams in complex consulting engagements for large accounts.
  • Create and position strategic change agendas for C-suite clients, spanning Business and IT solutions.
  • Drive profitable growth through signings, revenue targets, and pipeline conversion.
  • Build and maintain deep CXO-level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead client engagement, overseeing high-quality deliverables in pre/post-deal environments.
  • Foster talent development, innovation, and ensure commercially focused outcomes.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience and proven track record in consulting with a Big 4 or boutique firm, achieving delivery and business development success in FSS (banking and insurance).
  • Deep industry knowledge of FSS, competitive trends, and relevant business insights.
  • Demonstrated history combining consulting, selling, implementation, and managed services.
  • Experience delivering workshops, assessments, strategies, and deployment plans.
  • Proven ability to create and execute client transformation programs.
  • Strong communication skills to resonate with both business and technology stakeholders.
