What you will do
- Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for upcoming campaigns and always-on social content.
- Capture and edit short-form videos, photos, and graphics optimized for each platform.
- Monitor social trends, sounds, and memes to inform creative concepts and identify opportunities for brands to join the conversation.
- Help organize and upload content to social scheduling platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, strategists, and influencer marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a design program (graphic design, digital media, visual communication, or related field).
- Great proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and basic familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro).
- A good understanding of social media platforms and experience in creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
- Ability to design visually appealing graphics while keeping up with platform-specific guidelines.
- Creative thinking, adaptability, and openness to feedback.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with motion graphics and animations for social media.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., , Buffer, or Hootsuite).
- Knowledge of trends in social media marketing and content strategies.
