What you will do
- Help define and activate the Dallas employer brand story for a newly relocated headquarters.
- Research the Dallas–Fort Worth talent market, competitor employers, and local trends.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on early-career, internship, and entry-level talent initiatives.
- Support relationships with local universities, student organizations, and community partners.
- Assist with planning and execution of local recruiting events, career fairs, and employer brand activations.
- Create content that highlights company culture, people, and employee experience in Dallas, supporting social media campaigns.
Requirements
- Current student pursuing an undergraduate degree in human resources, marketing, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
- High-level communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work on-site at the Westlake/Dallas, TX office Tuesday through Thursday.
- Strong interest in employer branding, talent acquisition, people operations, or HR strategy.
- Resourceful, resilient, and maintain a positive mindset when solving problems.
- Passion for learning and interest in pursuing a career in people.
