What you will do
- Support the execution of marketing initiatives for accelerator programs and ecosystem engagement.
- Assist with campaign planning, coordination, and stakeholder alignment across regions and teams.
- Create, edit, and organize marketing content, including announcements, email newsletters, and social media drafts.
- Maintain and update marketing calendars, databases, and distribution lists.
- Support and execute event marketing and ecosystem activations end-to-end.
- Monitor and report on key marketing performance metrics, providing summary insights for future planning.
Requirements
- Must work onsite in San Francisco, United States.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of marketing, communications, events, or operations experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating clear and compelling content.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools like Google Workspace.
- Experience supporting digital marketing channels (email, social, web) and campaign coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
Nice to have
- AI fluency and awareness of latest trends and tools.
- Experience in venture capital, startups, or innovation programs.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot) and/or CRM tools (Salesforce, Airtable, Notion).
- Basic design or asset coordination skills (Canva, Adobe Express, Figma).
- Experience coordinating events, webinars, and ecosystem activations.
