Location: Hybrid, based in Foster City, CA, with in-office attendance required Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Salary: $228,000 – $363,000

What you will do

• Define and maintain the long-term vision and "Source of Truth" for hirify.global’s secure architecture across infrastructure and products.
• Lead and mentor security engineers, steering complex security implementations from design to deployment.
• Design and enforce secure bootstrapping, multi-layered trust, and isolation principles (containerization, network segmentation, business logic).
• Identify, document, and quantify architectural security risks, ensuring accurate reflection in the Cybersecurity Risk Register.
• Conduct deep-dive security reviews for product features, infrastructure, and own the architectural strategy for Availability and DoS defense.
• Partner with GRC for compliance documentation and support Sales with enterprise customer security inquiries.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in security engineering or security architecture.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, guiding senior engineers and steering large-scale projects.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native security architecture for multi-tenant SaaS products (GCP experience highly valued).
• Experience designing secure boot, hardware/Cloud-KMS-rooted trust, multi-layered defense systems, isolation technologies, and DDoS mitigation.
• Exceptional ability to communicate technical risk to engineering and executive audiences.
• Strong track record of writing architecture documents and contributing to a Cybersecurity Risk Register.
