What you will do

• Secure AI products and internal tools by integrating security early in the software development lifecycle.
• Lead threat modeling and secure design reviews to identify and mitigate risks.
• Develop and maintain security tooling to support secure coding and vulnerability management.
• Manage vulnerability and bug bounty programs, including coordination with engineering teams and ethical hackers.
• Collaborate with engineers and researchers to promote security best practices and awareness.
• Develop security policies, standards, and training materials for engineers.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of hands-on experience in application and infrastructure security, including cloud and containerized environments.
• Location-based hybrid policy requiring at least 25% office presence in San Francisco.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong knowledge of offensive security, secure design, and risk mitigation.
• Experience with modern application stacks, infrastructure, and security tools.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, and GCP.
• Exposure to offensive security techniques such as pen testing and red team exercises.
• Familiarity with AI/ML security risks and mitigations.
• Experience building automated security tools.
