What you will do

• Build connective tissue across security tools like SIEM, EDR, and vulnerability scanners to centralize data.
• Develop AI-native automations and LLM-augmented workflows to increase team leverage.
• Create frameworks and dashboards for asset inventory, vulnerability posture, and compliance evidence.
• Solve complex automation problems including vulnerability management at scale and access reviews.
• Mentor the security team on integrating AI patterns into their daily workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of security engineering experience with a focus on automation and tool-building.
• Strong proficiency in Python or similar languages for production-quality tooling.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs or AI APIs.
• Broad security fundamentals across cloud, detection, identity, and vulnerability management.
• Understanding of AI security risks such as prompt injection and agent identity boundaries.
• Ability to work in-office 2 days a week in San Francisco, CA.
