What you will do

• Identify and map areas for process improvement within the Operations team and client interactions, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and standardization.
• Organize meetings, office hours, and training sessions to provide support, communicate improvements, and align processes for smooth client onboarding and issue resolution.
• Create documentation to formalize process improvements and monitor ongoing projects to maintain data integrity and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with various teams across the organization to ensure successful deliveries and achieve operational goals.
• Develop solutions to increase the efficiency of the partner operations team, optimize their time, and implement controls to reduce errors and enhance data accuracy.
• Manage expectations, address concerns, and build positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Ability to identify inefficiencies in existing processes proactively and implement standardized procedures.
• Ability to identify and analyze problems, develop creative solutions, and make sound decisions.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry, reporting, and process execution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships.
• Sufficient proficiency in Spanish, English and German.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Intermediate or Advanced SQL and knowledge of using dashboard tools (Tableau, Looker, Metabase, etc...) is desirable.
