What you will do

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support the operations team in managing global operational activities, including event planning, logistics, and vendor management.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and cost optimization.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to derive meaningful insights and support data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate continuously with other teams across hirify.global.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business administration, operations management, or data analytics.
• Possess strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.

Nice to have

• Prior experience or internships in operations or related fields.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
