What you will do
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and develop KPIs and dashboards.
- Collaborate to enhance existing sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and revenue forecasts, focusing on hirify.global Connect penetration.
- Maintain and optimize the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and providing training support.
- Identify opportunities for sales process automation and collaborate with the technology team on implementation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, finance) to align sales acceleration initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Looker BI, Excel/Gsheets, and Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and the lead-to-revenue lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with programming languages (SQL, VBA, or Python).
- Familiarity with financial products, markets, payments space, and experience in FP&A.
