What you will do
- Monitor market trends and competition to identify and monetize business opportunities.
- Support GTM Plan preparation and monthly divisional meetings with data and market insights.
- Identify critical success criteria and KPIs for sales roles, developing a KPI scorecard.
- Standardize processes to strengthen account positions and “must win” opportunities.
- Direct change management programs to improve sales and coaching best practices.
- Drive strategic processes to identify and execute new opportunities for sales team effectiveness.
- Perform analyses and prepare forecasts in areas like product preferences, market conditions, and sales trends.
- Manage projects against deliverables & timelines.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (graduate/Master’s) in Business or a related field.
- Experience in global, multinational organizations with highly complex and matrixed structures.
- Superior intellect, strong analytical skills, and multicultural awareness.
- Ability to develop tactical initiatives that improve sales productivity.
- Exceptional communication skills, leadership presence, and ability to interact with C-level executives.
- Solid understanding of CRM systems, analytics around sales pipeline modeling, and Salesforce.com.
- Expert in Microsoft Excel; High proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to travel approximately 20%, with some minimal international travel required.
