What you will do

• Support end-to-end Payroll Connect operations, including discovery, partner matching, workflow documentation, and process consistency.
• Ensure accuracy and alignment of Payroll Connect data across CRM, internal databases, and product systems.
• Produce dashboards and reports to monitor deals, payroll volume, and MRR performance.
• Provide data-driven operational support to internal teams, track KPIs and SLAs, and ensure proper issue routing.
• Improve scalability by automating manual tasks and optimizing internal workflows.

Requirements

• Finished a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data, or Analytics.
• 1–2 years work experience in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, Startup, or VC.
• Strong interest in the Tech scale-ups ecosystem and understanding of SaaS business models.
• Demonstrable analytical capabilities to collect, analyse, and interpret data for informed business decisions.
• Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
