What you will do
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and process execution.
- Collaborate with internal groups to define project requirements.
- Interpret project specifications and utilize effective approaches for accurate and efficient results.
- Analyze client data to validate accuracy and determine next steps.
- Alter program logic to initiate production processes or equivalent actions.
- Monitor accuracy and completeness of assigned projects and communicate status.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a technical processing environment.
- Technical Bachelor’s degree in progress or complete.
- Basic programming skills.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Nice to have
- Visual Studio Web experience.
- GitHub, SQL, Alteryx, and Amazon Web Services skills.
- Basic project management skills.
