What you will do

  • Plan, create, and schedule software deployments using DCS software distribution tools.
  • Analyze current and proposed projects to bundle them into releases and maintain an overall release calendar.
  • Provide enhanced technical support for Remote and Managed Services, focusing on problem resolution and incident management.
  • Analyze relevant logs, trace details, and extract information across different products and components.
  • Coordinate necessary resources and provide technical knowledge to resolve customer problems.
  • Proactively recommend and implement service enhancements and support process improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor University Degree with specialization in IT or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related work environment, including parallel development and software releases.
  • Experience with remote software distribution and support activities for technical and operational troubleshooting of endpoint solutions (preferably ATMs).
  • Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
  • Advanced PC/MS Office and Windows Operating Systems knowledge.
  • Minimum C1 English language skills required.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity or knowledge of other Software Distribution tools (CA Unicenter/SCCM).
  • Understanding of ITIL.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint.
