What you will do
- Optimize Core SEM and PMax campaigns on Google and Bing.
- Collaborate with content and design teams for high-performing ad copy and assets.
- Conduct ongoing keyword research, expansion, and audits.
- Analyze competitor ad strategies, messaging, and landing page performance.
- Report on key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, and Quality Score.
- Audit landing pages, identify conversion obstacles, and personalize experiences.
- Design, set up, and launch A/B and Multivariate tests using tools like Optimizely.
Requirements
- 4-5 years experience managing and optimizing SEM campaigns on Google and Bing in a B2B setting.
- Familiarity with new campaign types like PMax and Demand Gen.
- High level of expertise using Google Sheets / Excel.
- Expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing, including using tools like Optimizely or VWO.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills focused on insights for campaign optimization.
- Must be able to work from Toronto, Canada.
- Ability to manage own business operations, including taxes, contributions, and invoicing, as an independent contractor.
Nice to have
- Experience using Multi-touch attribution tools such as DreamData or HockeyStack.
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Knowledge working on SEO and SEO tools such as Google Search Console.
- 2-3 years working in a B2B SAAS setting.
- Experience working in the legal tech industry.
