What you will do

• Evaluate and analyze payment processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
• Understand business requirements, translate them into payment solutions, and document them in internal tools.
• Design and build functionalities in collaboration with developers during implementation and testing.
• Stay up-to-date on payment industry regulations and standards (e.g., ISO20022, CBPR+, SEPA, PSD2).
• Troubleshoot customer issues and internal requests, providing help and managing client interaction.

Requirements

• Proven track record working in business analysis, ideally in Payments or Cards industry and Agile environments.
• Knowledge of payment transaction products (e.g., transfers, direct debits, card processing).
• Familiarity with payment industry regulations (e.g., ISO20022, CBPR+, SEPA, PSD2).
• Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with applications such as JIRA or Confluence.
