What you will do

• Collaborate with derivatives traders and IT stakeholders to define requirements and drive consensus.
• Partner with development teams to deliver product enhancements and facilitate UAT.
• Provide third-line support to front-office traders to resolve complex technical issues.
• Analyze business processes to recommend and implement technology solutions that maximize business value.
• Bridge the gap between complex trading needs and functional IT system requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in front-office trading environments, ideally commodities.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for handling complex datasets and mathematical models.
• Understanding of trade lifecycle and experience with ETRM systems.
• Solid background in Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing stakeholder expectations.
• Degree or equivalent experience in a numerate subject.

Nice to have

• Deep knowledge of derivatives products, particularly options.
• Experience working with energy or gas trading desks.
