What you will do

• Work with derivatives traders and IT to define requirements, propose solutions, and drive consensus.
• Collaborate with developers to deliver enhancements and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide third-line support to traders and help resolve complex issues.
• Partner closely with front office teams to ensure technology solutions maximise business value.
• Analyse processes, identify improvements, and recommend solutions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Good understanding of Python (or similar languages) and SQL.
• Ability to work with large, complex datasets and engage with mathematical models.
• Technical business analysis experience within front-office trading.
• Experience working with Agile delivery methods.
• Degree (or equivalent experience) in a numerate subject.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with ETRM systems and knowledge of the trade lifecycle.
• Exposure to derivatives products, especially options.
