What you will do

• Lead growth, marketing, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Collaborate directly with the founder and cross-functional teams to deliver the product narrative.
• Manage marketing and content around events and networking.
• Manage outreach for relevant product lines, token holders, end-users, and community participants.

Requirements

• Must have a DeFi-native growth/marketing background, preferably within a DeFi protocol or stablecoin issuer.
• Background in early-stage marketing strategies for high-growth startups in emerging tech fields.
• Strong understanding of the Web3 narrative, on-chain finance, DAO governance, and stablecoin economy.
