Compensation: $170K - $220K

What you will do

• Design and execute end-to-end go-to-market launch strategy from alpha to public availability.
• Define and own core brand narrative to establish the platform as the leader in Prop AMM category.
• Oversee creation of high-impact launch assets including technical threads, video content, and live demos.
• Develop and scale growth loops and marketing campaigns for user acquisition and retention.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Business Development, Partnerships, and Market Makers for unified market presence.

Requirements

• US based candidates only.
• Deep understanding of Ethereum/EVM ecosystems, L2 dynamics, and market-making primitives.
• Experience in senior marketing or growth role in Web3 or FinTech, preferably leading protocol or exchange launch.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex infrastructure into compelling narratives for retail and institutional audiences.
• Seamless execution from high-level strategy to hands-on work in fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative experience with founding teams and technical stakeholders.
