- Support the ongoing roadmap of product releases.
- Contribute as a key member of a small and growing team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Incident Manager.
- Solid understanding of Problem Management practices.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Ability to work in an office-first culture, attending the London, UK office 4+ days per week.
- English: B2 required.
