What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, overseeing the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
- Prioritize customer engagement and deliver rapid time to first value through effective training on hirify.global Cloud Intelligence.
- Build deep relationships with key customer stakeholders (CFOs, FinOps leads, engineers, cloud architects).
- Identify opportunities for integrated use case implementation and support cost optimization and FinOps maturity.
- Identify, escalate, and manage customer risk using data and collaborate on mitigation plans.
- Provide insights to Account Management for QBRs and renewals, and contribute to internal CS process refinement.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Customer Success in a B2B SaaS Company is a must.
- 3+ years experience with a public cloud platform like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Experience with Customer Success tooling (such as Planhat, Gainsight, Churnzero).
- Proven ability to drive success plans and achieve customer targets/goals/objectives.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
- Be fluent in English to a professional degree (verbal and written).
Nice to have
- Experience with finance or data analytics.
- Cloud Provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or FinOps Certifications.
- Additional languages: French, Spanish, Italian.
