What you will do
- Be hands-on in engineering and maintaining Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipeline-based products and services.
- Observe, investigate, and fix service issues through code changes and implementing improvements.
- Implement further automation and reduce toil by utilising existing Cloud tooling or new technologies.
Requirements
- Strong DevOps understanding, including Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
- Ability to quickly understand, update, and write code in Python, Groovy, BASH, or PowerShell.
- Strong knowledge of Cloud security, networking, and APIs.
- Demonstrable experience in problem-solving and excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on experience with Observability Tooling (Dynatrace Monitoring).
- Experience developing and administrating Kubernetes clusters in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of incident management and issue resolution.
Nice to have
- Certifications and experience working with Google products.
- Direct experience in cloud engineering, with understanding and demonstrable experience of SRE Principles.
- Strong Linux background, including working with filesystems and processes.
- Experience building fault-tolerant systems and strong DR policies.
