Location: Birmingham, UK (3 days in office, 2 flexible days per week). Must hold or be eligible for SC Security Clearance, requiring minimum 5 years working history in the UK.

What you will do

• Implement and optimise CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and IaC using Cloud, Git, and container technologies.
• Maintain and enhance monitoring tools to ensure system uptime, performance, and reliability.
• Install, configure, administer, troubleshoot, and manage virtual machines, including networking and API integrations.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, participate in meetings, change advisory boards, and service reviews.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for processes, procedures, and work instructions.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux, and advanced VMware (vCenter); network change implementations.
• Ability to create detailed documentation for tooling, automation, CI/CD, recovery, testing, and planning.
• Scripting and development skills in Python, PowerShell, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, XML, REST, SOAP.
• SC Security Clearance eligibility with minimum 5 years UK working history.

Nice to have

• Experience in ITIL-aligned environments and ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.
