What you will do

• Evolve DevOps practices, design scalable CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, and automate infrastructure provisioning with IaC tools like Terraform and Bicep.
• Build and maintain resilient Kubernetes infrastructure (AKS), implement observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
• Collaborate on DevSecOps, enforce security best practices like policy-as-code and zero-trust, and lead incident management with root cause analysis.
• Drive FinOps for cost optimization, champion GitOps with ArgoCD/FluxCD, and mentor junior team members.
• Research and adopt new CNCF technologies, promote DevOps culture across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years in IT/infrastructure/software development, 2+ years in DevOps with cloud automation.
• Extensive Azure experience in designing resilient infrastructure to Microsoft best practices.
• Proven Azure DevOps for CI/CD, repos, branch policies; IaC with Terraform/Helm/ARM/Bicep.
• Strong Kubernetes/Docker, monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry), GitOps (ArgoCD/FluxCD).
• Scripting in PowerShell/Bash/Python; cloud networking/security knowledge; ITIL practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving; experience in multi-disciplinary teams.

Nice to have

• AWS exposure, Agile/ITSM workflows, FinOps experience.
• Serverless/event-driven microservices, emerging DevOps tools.
• Certifications: AZ-104, AZ-204, AZ-400, AZ-305.
