Salary: $90,000–$105,000 yearly

• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

• Create and maintain functional and non-functional structured systems requirements.
• Promote knowledge sharing and contribute to the evolution of business systems analysis practices.
• Implement and improve frameworks for traceability, impact analysis, and quality assurance.
• Ensure consistent delivery, quality standards, and stakeholder management.

Requirements

• Curious nature and logical approach to bridge business and technology challenges.
• Strong understanding of business systems analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of fraud detection systems and cybersecurity domains.
• Knowledge of the payments industry, including EMV, settlement, reconciliation, POS/ABM ecosystems.
• Experience with enterprise IAM systems (Active Directory, Azure identity services) and Open APIs (RESTful).
• Familiarity with ISO 8583 and ISO 20022 standards, UML, BPMN, and regulatory requirements (AML, KYC, GDPR, SOX).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with at least 2 years in fraud prevention or cybersecurity domains.
• Agile and Scrum methodology experience.
• Eligibility to work for hirify.global Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
