Salary: $90,000–$105,000

What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, external vendors) to gather requirements and drive successful delivery.
• Create and maintain functional and non-functional structured systems requirements, contributing to documentation of epics and user stories.
• Promote knowledge sharing and contribute to the evolution of business systems analysis practice.
• Implement and improve frameworks for traceability, impact analysis, and quality assurance.
• Adopt, implement, and operationalize best practices with the goal of great customer experience.
• Ensure consistent delivery, quality standards, facilitation, and stakeholder management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with at least 2 years in fraud prevention or cybersecurity domains.
• Strong understanding of business systems analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, e-commerce, or other regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of fraud detection systems and cybersecurity domains.
• Knowledge of the payments industry, including technologies like EMV, settlement/reconciliation systems, and POS/ABM ecosystems.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (AML, KYC, GDPR, SOX) and standards (ISO 8583, ISO 20022).
• Agile and Scrum methodology experience.
• Comfortable with Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence), SQL, and Power BI.
