Location: Hybrid in Vancouver, Toronto (Canada) or London (UK) (in-office Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays)

Salary: CA$45,000–CA$60,000

What you will do

• Manage CRM and data by identifying, flagging, and cleaning outdated or duplicate HubSpot records to ensure accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive projects, gather requirements, communicate progress, and assist with data collection.
• Improve processes by spotting patterns in data errors, documenting them, and building playbooks to prevent recurring issues.

• Work-study program eligibility or recent graduate status for May - August 2026 fixed term.
• Ability to work hybrid in Vancouver, Toronto, or London.

Nice to have

• Background in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or data-heavy business roles.
• Prior experience in RevOps, Operations, or building side projects.
